Excellent place, very clean and with great service. I recommend requesting a private room; you can customize the shower and steam to your liking. The hour flies by. It's worth a visit and easily located.

The facilities are very old; the showers are not private, they are shared, and men walk around naked everywhere. The cost is $150 pesos, which I found very expensive for the service they provide. The place looks neglected and dirty; they don't give you a towel. But there are very few options in Monterrey for showering; they are all the same or worse.

A good option if you're not staying in a hotel; the downside is they don't provide towels.
